 I've owned, shown, bred, bathed, milked, eaten, groomed, rescued and/or trained or have knowledge of the husbandry of the following (and NO I have not eaten the dogs, cats iguanas, cage birds or goats or milked a budgie!!! ) GSDs, Rottweilers, Corgis, Whippets, Weimeranas, Boxers, Siberian Husky, Jack Russell, Patterdale, Border Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Cats- Moggies, Bengals, Colourpoint Persian, Asians, Burmillas. Goats-British Saanen, Toggenberg, Jersey Milker, Chickens-Cuckoo Marran, Warrens, Rhode Island, Leghorns, Light Sussex, English Game, Warrens, Rabbits- Californian and any other breed big enough to eat. Sheep- various, Reptiles-bathed rescued baby iguanas, Cattle-Charolais, Horse-various types. Cage Birds, Various Finches, Canaries budgies and Parakeets. Racing pigeons. Phew I think that's all...

I started up with dog training in Obedience in 1978, since then I've competed in Obedience, Agility, Dog shows, Working Terriers Shows & Terrier Racing. Have trained in Schutzhund and Working Trials and have placed trained dogs with the Police and RAF, been part of an obedience and agility display team. Rode a horse bareback, standing up in a circus ring (only once).

I've bred dogs since 1979. Had my first dog show in 1974 at Dukinfield Town Hall.

My dogs appear on Coronation St as the Barlows dog 'Eccles' They are handled and trained by myself and handled by Anne Lunt in studio and on location.
